About Raw School Fitness Centre Design and Setup  

RCH’s fitness centre design service for schools, colleges and universities is now one of the fastest-growing areas of our business. 

The school, college or university benefits from a new gym which can also, through external membership, provide a significant income stream after a short period of time offering beneficial community fitness programmes.  

A typical facility provides a gym which is staffed when open.  The gym members will include students over the age of 16 parents, school staff and the general public at varying membership prices.

Initially, RCH’s role is to support and advise the school, using our knowledge and experience to assess the local marketplace and the feasibility of the project.  We also advise on maximum space utilisation and service optimisation and demonstrate how profits can be maximised for the client whilst offering a successful community gym to the general public.  Our aim is to demonstrate a break-even point in Year 1 for the client.

We can then take care of every aspect of the project, to launch and beyond, including:

• School Gym Design
• School Fitness Programmes in the gym
• Installation of equipment
• Recruitment of key staff
• Operation procedure setup and training
• Marketing strategy
• Pre-sales strategy
• Ongoing management if required.

The client is offered three options:

Option A: The RCH hit squad 12-week launch plan
Option B: RCH and school commit to a joint venture, sharing the profit
Option C: RCH rents the space and school receiving a return
