Refund / Cancellation Policy
Our Personal Training Packages, Wellness, classes and other services are sold at the time of booking and subject to our published cancellation policy are not refundable once the cancellation window has closed.
Our cancellation policy for all services is 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment, service or class. For the avoidance of doubt, and by way of example. if you have an appointment or booking at Midday then the cancellation must be made online before Midday the day before.
If you do cancel a session we will carry forward your purchase to your next booking.
The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds in relation to Products or Services may only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase.
Refunds for medical reasons will be considered on a case by case basis and will need to be supported by an appropriate Doctor’s certificate outlining the reason why you should not continue to exercise. Any costs associated with obtaining the medical certificate will be solely the responsibility of the customer.
