Strength & Toning

Good to Increase strength, improve your power in the upper body, core and lower body, help you to build long lean muscles and increase coordination, joint mobility and overall endurance using different equipment like dumbells, kettlebells, steps.


This type of exercise uses large muscle movement over a sustained period of time keeping your heart rate to at least 50% of its maximum level. Good for cardiovascular endurance.


Is an energetic, upbeat aerobics class that is sure to get your body moving. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, this class combines cardiovascular training and toning exercises, for a superior total body workout.


Good way to build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.

Core classes

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout.


Providing an entire body workout based on the skills and techniques used in the boxing ring. An exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. May involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.
